This page explains how to delete your Math Kicks Academy account and the data associated with it. It applies to the app published by "Ezra & Owen's Dad".
Delete in the app (fastest)
Remove a single child profile:
- Open the app and go to Parent Settings.
- Pass the parent gate (maths question or PIN).
- Find the child under Children and tap Remove, then confirm.
Delete the whole account:
- Open Parent Settings and pass the parent gate.
- Scroll to Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, email hello@mathgoals.com.au from the address you used to register, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and remove your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your parent account and sign-in credentials.
- Every child profile: first name, year level and all game progress.
- All records stored in our database for your family.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Anonymous, aggregate analytics events that contain no identifying information are not linked to your account and are retained only in aggregate.
Data retention
We keep your data only while your account is active. Once you delete your account (in-app or by request) the data is removed from our live database. Backups, if any, are cycled out within 30 days.
